This development option is for a 41-week full-service design, UI/UX, content writing, and development project. This project is estimated by a straight-line scope for website development. Vendor Integration and Partnership Support will be addendums.

Please understand that this pricing does not include the purchase of content management software.

The project may take up to 41-weeks and includes the following work:

Weeks 1-4	Kick-Off / Project Plan
	Discuss requirements, adopt sitemap and project planning
Weeks 3-18	Schematic
	Design schematics are will align templates to specific page content
Weeks 5-6	Content Planning
	Working with bank vendors, marketing and internal staff to begin content development
Weeks 7-10	User Experience
	2 x Rounds of Use Case explorations and client meetings
Weeks 9-24	Design
	2 x Rounds of Design Foundation planning; 2 x Rounds of Approval
Weeks 14-23	Front-End Development
	2 x front-end development sprints
Weeks 24-32	Content Production1,2
	Inital templates will be aligned to content; followed by two (2) additional sprints
Weeks 7-52	CMS3 Implementation
	Requirements, Development, Implementation, Production, QA and Launch

Note:
Implementing vendor products³ and ongoing maintenance⁴ are not included in this scope.
